What makes your company unique?: Finding Fathers Inc. has proclaimed that the 4th Sunday in June of each calendar year is officially designated as National Fatherless Children’s Day!

How do you define success?: I define success as the moment where you turn tragedy into triumph!

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: The late Frederick Douglass inspires me because even living through the worst conditions and circumstances, he successfully changed the conditions and circumstances for the great number of people.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Spend lots of time planning and preparing before you present yourself.

What excites you most about your industry?: Turning my love and passion for being a father and father figure into a career!

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: I think the biggest challenge that I and the organization will face in the upcoming year is related to identity of members in the family.
