How do you define success?

Success comes in many forms but for me personally I know I have been successful when I achieved not only my goals but that my team has achieved their goals. I love to celebrate wins by others. I find success even if I had only a tiny part of their journey.

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?

Getting out in the community, supporting my non-profit clients, and embarking on community service projects. I am a Rotarian, a LEGS member, and member of my professional organization SHRM. Each one gives back to the community through service in their own ways.

What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?

My 2023 goals include the following which I am already well on my way!

-working with and developing additional relationships in the non-profit space. Measured by new relationships.

-elevate my career through more social networking and providing value and education my industry through social networking. Measured by more engagement on Social Media.

-create an out of the box idea for my business and networking that brings even more value to employers when it comes to offering benefits to their employees. Measured by C-suite engagement and RFP output.
