Short company description: As public insurance adjusters we help property owners by representing them directly to their insurance company on all types of property insurance claims.

What makes your company unique?: We help regardless of the size of the loss, we handle some claims without charging a fee, and we strive to educate, not just “work”.

How do you define success?: For me, success is defined by the positive reviews of policyholders, and the number of adjusters who want to be part of our team.

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: Attorneys and other public adjusters who have stood the test of time, and remain at the top of their professions, because bursts of success are difficult enough, but long-term success is truly meaningful.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: You have to be relentless, in your efforts, in your education, and in maintaining high ethical standards.

What excites you most about your industry?: We are proving to be recession-proof, depression-proof, and pandemic-proof, and the industry is always changing.

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Our greatest challenges will probably come from legislation – the insurance industry has enormous lobby-power, and they are just plain devious.

Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: Being more focused on my business, I am admittedly not as versed on community trustees as I probably should be, but I admire people like Daniel Davis, Shad Khan, Donovin Darius, Tim Tebow, the Weavers, Tom Coughlin, Grayson Marshall, and Donna Deegan, for the positive work they do in the community.
