How do you define success?
To me, success is not a destination, but rather a personal journey with infinite destinations. It is a continuous process of growth, learning, and self-discovery that never truly ends. There are no final arrival points, only milestones along the way. Success is not measured by what we achieve, but rather how we live our lives. The accomplishments we achieve are merely the fruit of our efforts, not the sum total of who we are or the legacy that will live beyond our years.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
My goal is to kick off my Launch Your Nonprofit and Grant Writer coaching program. I also want to host a Nonprofit Symposium where I offer capacity building resources to aspiring nonprofit founders and nonprofit professionals. The tentative structure of that event would be to have a grant writing workshop and start your nonprofit as the opening and closing workshop. In the middle, I would have a panel that includes perspective from leadership/Exec. Director or CEO, Fundraiser/Development Officer, Grant Writer (Me), Board Developement, and a Funder. Curated questions would be provided to the panel that would be submitted by participants during their registration sessions or at the beginning of the event.
