Meet the Leader of the Vision
Wendy Norfleet, Ph.D.
Meet Dr. Wendy Norfleet, the Chief Executive Officer of Norfleet Integrated Solutions (NIS). Wendy is an accomplished author, keynote speaker, DEI advocate, and community leader who is passionate about inspiring and developing others. At NIS, Wendy leads a team of highly qualified professionals to provide strategic and innovative solutions to individuals and corporations, helping them scale their businesses and grow as leaders.
Wendy has extensive leadership experience, comprehensive business knowledge, and a vast information technology background, making her an ideal leader for NIS. She began her career in entry-level IT positions and worked her way up to become the Director of Information Technology. She then transitioned to higher education, holding various positions at different universities and colleges, including Instructional Designer, Adjunct Professor, Curriculum Development Specialist, Assistant Professor, Professor, Dean of Technology, and Interim Campus President.
Wendy is known for her dedication to giving back to the community. She currently serves as the program chair of the Jacksonville Chamber IT Council and as a board member of the Cathedral Arts Program (CAP), Women Business Owners of Northeast Florida, and the SBDC Advisory Council. She volunteers for Take Stock in Children and JDRF and is an active alumna of Leadership Jacksonville. Wendy’s leadership, service, and business expertise have earned her numerous awards and recognitions, including 2020 Women of Influence, 2021 Small Business Leader of the Year, 2021 Corporate Vision Award for Best Business Consulting and Coaching Company in North Florida, and 2023 Top Entrepreneur.
