Short company description: My purpose is to coach amazing people find and live their purpose. I particularly coach honest lawyers that want to make boatloads of money and I work with rising executives who want to get unstuck.
What makes your company unique?: 1. 27 years of coaching, so I’ve seen hundreds of ways to get unstuck. 2. I listen carefully to what my clients want, without judgment. 3. We laugh our way to success.
How do you define success?: Success for me is when my clients find success, and their success is defined by what they want. Usually, we start by finding their why, their purpose, their reason to be.
Who in the industry inspires you and why?: Stephen Covey inspired me to coach after becoming a certified facilitator of the “7 Habits” program. Since then, I’ve been inspired by Thomas Leonard and Michael Gerber of “The E-Myth Revisited”.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: I tell coaches just getting started to get started, find a client or two, and then rise to the occasion.
What excites you most about your industry?: Coaching unleashes the human potential. I get a kick out of working with people to get them unstuck and accomplishing more that they thought themselves possible.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: So many lives have been put on hold this last year. It is time for people to move forward with their lives and dreams, so I am predicting a mad rush for coaching. But that will be a fun problem to have.
Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: Brandon Groover is an entrepreneur who brought himself out of poverty and is now trying to create a mindset and opportunities for others.
