Short company description:
DEX is the largest independent dealer of document imaging equipment in the United States. We sell and service printers, copiers, fax units, and digital data management software. What makes us unique is our depth of service experience and product distribution infrastructure. DEX imaging was founded in 2002 with these two main objectives in mind: 1) to create a privately held dealership that focuses solely on quality service (without the conflicting objectives that publicly-held imaging companies face); and 2) to give back to the community by donating one third of the company’s profits to charities and educational programs within the markets where DEX does business.
How do you define success?
Success is a journey that is forever changing for me. It is giving 110% to what you are trying to accomplish and learning from what went well and what you can do to improve. Success wears many masks and is not always defined by being the best but by giving the best you have in the effort.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
To surpass my top sales record. To qualify for our annual President’s Club Trip. To continue to improve and inspire the best customer service experience in our industry. To read or listen to a book per month that helps inspire personal growth.
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?
Supporting non-profits that help enrich our future and challenging myself to new causes.
