What makes your company unique?: Our Anglers-Anglers who guide you on an open sea excursion to choose the best fish to fit your taste. Our Anglers deliver white-coat service in their crisp white chef coats. They are warmly welcoming and trained to navigate you through your dining experience.

How do you define success?: Success is waking up each day loving out your passions, loving what you do, without doom or gloom.

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: The guest. As each dining experience and need are different, delivery outstanding service and food, creating a memorable experience is what drives and pushes me. There are so many incredible pioneers in the food service industry it would be hard to pick just one.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Be flexible

What excites you most about your industry?: Always evolving and changing. Everyday is different

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Normalizing the dining experience after the pandemic
