What makes your company unique?: Lumbee Group are one of a hand full of Native American Indian companies in the U.S that provides IT-Services, Healthcare Products and Staffing Services in to the Government, Hospitals, K12 & Higher Education and Enterprise Customers.

How do you define success?: I find success when I am able to share my skills and knowledge to another small or up and coming business to help them be successful and achieve there dreams of being a business own and having a successful business. That is success.

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: good question i will have to think about this one. There isn’t a company in my industry but friends and family that have other type of business that are successful that inspires me to push my self and achieve goals in business and growth.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: first, i would tell them they will need to have faith in god, because they are going to be tested in starting or managing a business, second, is to find a 5 people or mentor that are successful in business and ask question, take notes, and be open to change.

What excites you most about your industry?: how fast technology and healthcare changes. and how they make out job or industry work faster, easer, smoother

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Finding quality employees with communication and people skills.

Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: My church, Because for what they have been providing and doing for our city and the people in our community that are inneed.
