Short company description:

The mission of Exception to the rule LLC is to empower young men and women with our six tenets of leadership. Nurturing the natural leader in them while instilling the principles of family, community and ethics in their life. These are conveyed through Experiential Learning opportunities and Community Service.

How do you define success?

I don’t think success can be defined! I believe it to be different depending on who’s being asked. My understanding of success is accomplishing goals and fulfilling your dreams.

What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?

In no particular order, we would like to secure a building to provide a safe space for our young people to be able to express themselves and develop their leadership skills. We would like to secure funding so that we can touch more lives, and establish ourselves as a stable resource for the greater community of Jacksonville.
