Short company description: We are a 501(c)3 bible based financial education and work life ministry for the materially poor/ generational poverty in Jacksonville, FL. Urban Core of zip code 32206.

What makes your company unique?: What makes us unique is that we in partnership with the community residents are about restoring their impoverished community by teaching and equipping them with biblical financial stewardship principles of managing money, possessions, and more. Also we walk along side them through our Ally’s, and community stakeholders as we teach and equip them to live as kingdom minded stewards to identify and use their gifts and abilities to restore themselves and their community. We start at an early age teaching those as young as 4 years old these biblical financial principles of stewardship, along with our Core Values Developing Christ Centered Sustainable Communities, Generational Stewardship, Generosity, Community Restoration, and Accountability

How do you define success?: Through biblical financial teachings and work life career training generational poverty can and will become extinct in Jacksonville’s urban core

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: Mr. Edmond Williams, our Board Chairman. Mr. Williams is one who has a very strong faith in our GOD, which is displayed in the workplace time and time again. And it is amazing how inspiring and encouraging that is for all of us, as we which GOD’S plan unfold. With that, our level of expectation in GOD is through the roof, and so has each of our faith in grown exponentially.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Seek GOD and find out what His plan for your life and pursue it with his guidance, trust, and obey. Because after all, at least for me I know that I am in partnership with an awesome and limitless GOD.

What excites you most about your industry?: Being in partnership with the urban core community and becoming change agents to bring about poverty alleviation and community restoration for those living in poverty.

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Influencing those who believe that poverty is ok and is a way of life. And that its ok to be dependent on the system, and other people all your life. Also trying to convince those living in the flourishing communities it is not ok to continue with paternalism.

Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: Mr. Verdun Woods, because he is a very wise elder within the body of Christ plus he has years of successful experience within the corporate community.
