What makes your company unique?: The ability to provide an environment that allows clients to feel safe to share their most vulnerable moments knowing that their needs of being seen, heard and loved will be met.
How do you define success?: Success is defined by the lives positively impacted.
Who in the industry inspires you and why?: Lisa Nichols inspires me because she is a tangible example of what’s possible when you embrace your fears and use them to propel you rather than allowing them to paralyze you.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Ask yourself if this is what you would do if no one else believed, understood or supported you. If you can answer yes without hestitation, trust what you’ve created and find others that believe in and assist you with running with the vision.
What excites you most about your industry?: The ability to provide help, produce hope and promote healing.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Individuals seeing personal development, healing and recovery as an option not a necessity.
Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: Mrs. Marie Heath, a longtime mentor, friend and colleague. Her selfless dedication to serving the community and the impact she continues to make in the lives of others inspires and motivates me to become the best version of myself. Servant Leadership at its best.
