What makes your company unique?: The ability to provide an environment that allows clients to feel safe to share their most vulnerable moments knowing that their needs of being seen, heard and loved will be met.

How do you define success?: Success is defined by the lives positively impacted.

Who in the industry inspires you and why?: Lisa Nichols inspires me because she is a tangible example of what’s possible when you embrace your fears and use them to propel you rather than allowing them to paralyze you.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?: Ask yourself if this is what you would do if no one else believed, understood or supported you. What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?: Individuals seeing personal development, healing and recovery as an option not a necessity.

Who is a Trustee in our community that you admire and why?: Mrs. Marie Heath, a longtime mentor, friend and colleague.
