Short company description:

I am Stephan J Herring Jr, a young entrepreneur who has taken notice of the rising homeless population in our society over the years. This recognition of a growing issue has been one of the major motivations for why I decided to found WBG (Wake Up & Be Great), a nonprofit dedicated to amending our societies and providing homeless individuals the chance to attain their goals, dreams and aspirations that they have not earlier had the chance to pursue. Our mission is to strive towards reducing the number of people experiencing homelessness wherever possible, while simultaneously offering them a way to reach the ambitions they have in mind.

How do you define success?

Success Is What you Make it what I mean by that is anything that gives you that joy and happiness is success in my opinion

What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?

I’m working on planning the grand opening of the center, and on every Saturday I go downtown to to feed them, talk with them and try to find out what their dreams in terms of careers are. Additionally, I’m also attempting to gather as many life coaches as possible so that these youngsters can pick a job of their choice. I’m currently in the process of forming partnerships with multiple companies to ensure that there is a job waiting for them once they are done with our program. I just wanted to explain this effort to you and would appreciate if you could help spreading the word to others
