Short company description:

How do you define success?
The easy answer is accomplishing what I set out to do. But reality is oftentimes not accomplishing the initial identified goal but determining what is a realistic goal that fulfills the end need.
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?
Currently it is physical labor. In the past it has been projects for church or HabiJax. Currently it is needed at CGC with little funds capable of being directed toward infrastructure needs.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
Workforce stabilization with the end result of being able to increase capacity and therefore serve more families.
